It was funded by medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg. The TV premiere of all ten parts was on Whitmonday 2016 on the theme day “Dreaming of Gas Stations” on ARTE.

The Grimme-Award is one of the most prestigious awards for TV shows in Germany. There are 14 nominees in the category “Entertainment”. The winners of the 53. Grimme-Award 2017 will be announced on March 8, 2017.
