In the Metropolis-feature “‘Von El Bulli’ zu ‘Taste the Waste'” (broadcast on Arte the 17th of september 2011) by mistake we showed the drink “LemonAid” to illustrate the principle of molecular cuisine, which often uses chemical additives for the creation of new culinary inventions. In this context “LemonAid” is a wrong example, because it only contains the following natural ingredients: water, lime juice (no concentrate), cane sugar, carbon dioxide. No flavor, no additives. We are really sorry we put this product into the wrong light.
We would like to highlight that “LemonAid” campaigns for better living conditions of farmers in South America. More information on the product and their help campaign may be found on the webpages of LemonAid.
